Information we collect

Information you give us

When you create an account or join our waitlist, we collect your email address. When you use Letters, we store the content you create — your letters and their delivery settings — so the app can hold them and deliver them when you choose.

Information collected automatically

Like most apps and websites, we collect basic technical information such as device type, app version, and limited diagnostic data to keep things working and to fix problems. We aim to keep this minimal.

How we use your information

• To provide, maintain, and improve Love Vault and its apps.
• To deliver your letters at the time you've chosen.
• To respond when you contact us or to send service-related updates.
• To keep the service secure and to prevent abuse.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not show third-party ads, and we do not use the private content you write to target advertising.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate — for example, Apple for app distribution and payments, and infrastructure providers for hosting and email. They process information only to provide services to us and are bound to protect it.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data by emailing hello@lovevault.app, and we'll take care of it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us and we'll help.

Children

Love Vault is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region), and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know.
