These terms are an agreement between you and Love Vault for the use of our website and apps, including Letters (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. Please read them.

Using the Service

You may use Love Vault only in line with these terms and applicable law. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your region to use the Service.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens under it. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Your content

The letters and other content you create are yours. You keep all rights to them. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and deliver your content as the Service requires — for example, holding a letter until the delivery time you set. We don't claim ownership of what you write.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Harass, threaten, or harm others.
• Disrupt, abuse, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Our intellectual property

The Service itself — our software, design, and brand — belongs to Love Vault. These terms don't grant you rights to our name or logos.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the Service running, but we provide it "as is" and may change, suspend, or discontinue features over time. We'll try to give notice of significant changes where we reasonably can.

Disclaimers and liability
